Sheesh, its a great stock but up 35% in one day, on no news? I'm gettin' too old for this stuff.

I spoke with Bob Brooksher the CFO.

As far as I know there is no specific rule on when an insider can't buy his stock. Each company sets their own guidelines. Basic idea is that they shouldn't trade with knowledge of a material event that is not yet announced.

"Spud" means "begin drilling" --- ie, place ye drill bit on da ground and start turnin' that sucker clockwise!

(don't mind me -- I always get like this when one of my stocks pops 35% in one day!)
