asheco...you can use both decimals and fractions...not sure about the # of shares. I believe it's 14.95 per trade with unlimited and they have a list of otc's they only trade. I pulled the list up and everything so far this year I have traded have been on the list. Don't quote me on the # of shares part...not for sure. BTW...not trading through them yet. Just using their Level II software.
