Dead in the water is where they will stay for a while. They have demonstrated they do not know how to grow. To get out of that they must grow, and the soonest they can demonstrate such growth is the next earnings report, but more likely the one after that or the one after that. Proving you should be valued based on an above average EPS growth rate requires demonstrating consistent EPS growth. ACTL gets the benefit of the doubt from being in the industry with XLNX and ALTR. If they had to get valued on their own merits and recent historical growth, they'd be a single digits stock. Hold for a yr from now? Perhaps. I'd say there is no hurry to buy though. You can probably get all you want @ $12 for the next few months. -tt
