Over three years of investigations/time elapsed since the illegal trading activities and now the investigators want to talk to the would be victim/criminals to determine whether to charge them with anything. -----Calling on Starr from the independent council----- oh please help us drag this out longer............we can't find any external evidence of pairgain officers doing criminal activity......lets bring them in so we can interregate them into admitting guilt.......Lets force them to watch the monica/clinton sex tapes until they confess.............. oh no help me I'm a stupid investor...... <Gag> Please Talk about more bad luck for pairgain..........crap!
