HI Freeus, When you and others attend the annual shareholders meeting, give Michael hell for not delivering good performances in the stock price over recent weeks. Don't let him make speeches but tell him you expect stock appreciation for believing in his company and management. Put his feet to the fire and if he seems like he is not paying attention set off the fire alarm and sprinkling systems. That will wake him up. Frank
