Worries over number of shares. Post #40 has a copy of a document saying that management will do a reverse split so that current 50 million shares will be recalculated to 500,000. But then management will issue 5.4 million new restricted shares to select-shopper.com for the acquisition. In effect, this reverse split will be increasing the current number of shares over ten times. So instead of having a company currently with 50 million shares, we have one with almost 600 million current shares. Do I have this right?
