Gene, I think they're referring to the 5 ISP's that are controlled by the Chinese government. Privately held ISP's of which XNET & IMOT are the only ones I'm aware that can be publicly traded have no direct Chinese governmental involvement other than that they needed to acquire a license. (there are 31 ISP license that have been granted by the government) Hope this helps Frank
