Wrong the requirement of the population of Soviet Union oddly has nothing to do with its collapse (it was in downspiral) ever since ....It has a lot to do with historic change in Russia-weakening of terror/fear at the top....It has also a lot to do with absolute resolve of Ronald Reagan administration not to let European Liberals to let Soviet Union to get away with little costs...
