I have the S&P 100 stocks on the Q-charts in its own window. I do look at them when in doubt. Today at 3:00 I was determined to enter the calls/ or puts it isn't like the averages to end the day + or minus 4 or 10 points. I stopped trading the OEX in January for obvious reasons (i.e. the nets were even more profitable and 'predictable') but now its not like that since NTBK then SONE than SDLI, soon NITE and probably SWS will probably not give the easy gains any longer. so I can utilize this volatility of indecision until I find newer, younger nets to take the place of NTBK, SONE, TBFC, etc. A classic today would have been puts on both PVN and TBFC. When I saw PVN I was fast rowing up the 'Niagara Falls' as it was pulling me back down, it was all I could do not to turn over, I had no thoughts then of puts.

I saw the nets today.. the good ones stayed good for the most part or when they went bad it wasn't that bad (I would need more than -2 in a stock that trades over 100 bucks) and the bad ones had already triggered (except for TBFC), the communications/wireless companies were not trading options in 'fast' enough markets so I was left with the OEX. When I exit I either put in the 'ask' price or just do market.. the execution is so quick you can't get cheated by more than 1/4 point usually.
