PZN - Prison Realty Trust - 14 1/8 close today (5/19) - today declared a 55c quarterly dividend with a 5c extra payable 6/30 to shareholders of record on 6/18, making the x-date 6/16, about 4 weeks from now. This 60c quarterly distribution amounts to 4.24% at tonights 14 1/8 close. The 2.20 annual regular dividend rate equals a 15 1/2% annual dividend rate.
