Bulltrade,com has a buy on us tomorrow. Here are their comments.

IDTC - Our euphoria may have been a bit premature, but we still have
utmost confidence that IDTC will reach the high 30's or low 40's in a
short time. We think many investors were scared off when they realized
they would not be receiving any NTOP shares in exchange for their IDTC
shares. While this is somewhat disappointing, the reality is that 66% of
the NTOP IPO will be factored into IDT's share price. Since IDT owns
a 66% stake in NTOP, they will also own a 66% stake in NTOP's market
cap. We also expect some upgrades shortly, so hold on. When the
financial rewards come, they will have been well worth the wait.
