Don't you wonder why today's oil price drop did not negatively affect all the drillers as it has in the past few days.

I've just spent some time reading PDE's latest quarterly statement and I must say management sounds rather bleak about the foreseeable future. Too bad. I thought PDE had a lot going for it.
