Bald Man,

I agree with you. Also, it doesn't look like current idt stock holders will get shares of the ipo, just the proceeds back to idt. I don't think this is going to be able to push idt's price up much. I would prefer shares in n2p. With the ipo, the best growth portion of idt goes and we get the offering price but none of the growth from the new stock.
