LOAX: any more info? The S-1 must say "bankrupt" when discussing the founding employee's past firms about a dozen times. These guys have a tiny CLEC and a web page that says they want to be an ISP. They have given every prior business associate, including the three independent sales reps, chucks of stock -- and every single one, EVERY ONE, sold 100% of their shares in their "IPO" for $10 (the underwriter certainly wasn't one I know, and their S-1 was the VERY FIRST i've seen to site the UNDERWRITER as a risk factor (so little experience, so little expertise, etc...) The S-1 says, more or less, THIS IS A SCAM and nobody who reads this will buy the stock. How long until they burn through the cash and the game is over -- first reporting quarter? or less...
