D., I suspect that today's run up was related to AMAT's conference call. Specifically the move to 0.18µ; and the implicit need for advanced masks / mask making equipment. The comments from ETEC imply that this is not yet being seen. I don't understand the discrepancy and don't have the ETEC number to see if any light is shed in that call. Ian.
