The Locking leghislation is not signed into affect

My points is this. IMHO, even IF the legislation is passed, LOCK cannot compete. Their Q and annual reports clearly point this out.

This legislation is the Make or Break for this co

Immediate make or break for the company is the lack of cash and the likelihood of a death spiral. Longer term, its an expensive, non-viable product that they essentially can't give away.

They have negotiated Discounted pricing

How do you know this?

Government would be, FBI,DOD,DEA,CIA,SEC?

My question remains, why would any agency do business with a company that is likely not to exist after delivery?
