Thanks for sharing your thoughts with me about spls. Ralph Naders ego must be in overdrive!!!! What's to prevent either of these companies from taking a deep breathe and waiting a year or so and trying again!

My heart tells me it was the right thing to do ei not let it happen. But goverment intervention here and there only leads to bigger goverment a trend I can live without.

Where does this leave spls? Do you think it will correct to low 20 area by mid-summer or sooner? As I did sell my shares at 23.5 not because of anything you said. But I decided to sell my MCD I bought back in Sept and take a loss on it.
I did originally buy spls for a pop. What the heck 6 days and 15 percent who can complain.

This time I want to add it for the long-term but not at these prices. Have you checked out Maytag lately, Bought that 2/5 on earnings anoucememt impressive long-term value a cyclical coming alive!
