some additional info on PTEK In addition, we should see just "wave after wave" of good news for PTEK in the week ahead. someone spoke today with Bear Sterns (underwriter of the USA.net IPO which PTEK owns 11.7%. The IPO date is confirmed for the week of 5/31 (earlier than I thought!) Estimates right now are for 8.5M shares at $15 to $17.
