I would hope that if SGP were to license Nori it would not be just to kill it for competitive purposes, since that wouldn't help us at all. But I agree that if DCL isn't great, or if Nori can be differentiated in some meaningful way (maybe just that it works?), SGP could bite. Maybe it's not the Claritin franchise they're interested in protecting, but the allergy franchise. They obviously have the sales expertise, reputation, contacts, etc., in that area.
