<<a share is a share>>

Agreed. I own some NNC which I bought in Canada. Then there is NN on the NYSE. Those who bought in Canada, must trade in Canada, and those who bought in the US must trade in the US. The shares otherwise are equivalent. But that's not the impression I got on that phone call of mine. I definitely left with the impression different shares were involved. May have been a simple misunderstanding! I hope so, as it makes everything simple, the way I like it, when there is one company with one class of shares, even if shareholders from two countries are involved.

Cheers,

Don
