Oh, how WONDERFUL! Yes, we MUST do it! We celebrate things there, occasionally, special occasions. It is enormous. In the fall it is gorgeous, of course. It is gorgeous in all seasons, actually. There are rock climbs of various degrees of difficulty. There are also rock 'scrambles' graded by difficulty. There is yoga. I forgot to mention that during the migratory season there is Hawk Watching. Of course Gaugie could wear his skirt. Especially if it's plaid. We can say he's just a very mannish woman. Jeans all day, but they ask you to 'dress' for dinner. For us, that means i put on my black jeans and earrings and a blouse, N wears a jacket and jeans. But sometimes for a lark I get fancy for dinner, wear a skirt. The part of Mohonk Mountain House they refer to as the 'new addition' was built in the 1920's.
