Yeah, bit of a downer--except of course
for the last line of the article--(...20x
your money). So true, and I for one would
not be in the sector if it were not for
the thrill of potentially capturing the
elusive ten-bagger. Don't know if the nano-
caps are the best place to be, but at least
I know where my companies stand--do or die.

Here is today's SeattleTimes article from
BIO '99. It is a good example of how the popular
media continually serves up salty snacks instead
of real meat. A real shame that the Seattle Times,
with bio'99 right here this year, could not do better
than this today.

Article says nothing that was interesting at all to
me, and focuses on computers: Oh, naturally they
got Venter's Celery in there, better than chips,
but still just a light snack, so lame.

business section today, and here were the headlines:
