Ice, you think that few months ago $80 was justified? Do you agree that it would be quite nice for MU to convert this debt to equity at $67 plus? Do not underestimate Appleton, by hook or by crook he'll do his damnest to get it, by late August to be were it needs to be. I would not bet against him on this (I would not buy just based on that either). You'll start and see rambling about shipments of "very profitable" RDRAM (which today he still loves to hate), you'll hear about some iddle facilities conversion to .21 and .18, you'll get analysts to say goo and ooh, and when earnings come in they'll beat the now drastically lowered estimates, and analysts are going to raise the flag of $4/share in the "not too distant future". Guess what, lemmings to the rescue...and $87 here we come for just long enough. Zeev
