Steve: I think you may be on to something. IMO, too many people are writing DELL off. If they give away a PC, they WILL have a powerful business model to support that. Not just a regular ISP service as recurring revenue streams. Think about a branded broadband offering that has MANY components of a portal / e-commerce player. This is for the consumer and small business market. I also expect that DELL will continue to aggressively move into the high margin server and storage markets. The next chapter of the DELL story is still being written. I expect that the more mature DELL will deliver Cisco or Microsoft -like returns in the next 3-5 years. That's not what we've had BUT that's not bad at all.

Don't underestimate MSD and his team.
