Wil - NETO and IBM are not a happy couple. This has been commented on since the day that the NETO IPO was posted on the WIT web site. Word on the street is that the best product in this space is Dreamweaver from Macromedia. And on the low end it depends on what you got pre installed on your machine. BT Alex Brown has been buying tons of shares (seen it myself every day on NASDAQ Level II) at $12 and I think that this is the reason it has not dropped below $12. This won't last forever. Maybe they want an inventory for day 26 after the IPO when they can initiate coverage with a Buy rating and dump the shares. Who knows. But not all is well in the land of NETO. Cheers, Jesse
