I'm utterly despondent. I, like most of you bench types, have had my play money tied up in this dog since the beginning of the year. It seems like a lot longer.

Can someone do me a favor and summarize the last SEC filing, and what it meant, exactly? Or, more to the point, what the rules are for the permissable period (ie 60 days) before another filing or the IPO?

I really don't understand the lack of info we have, this all seems a bit odd. I hear dates like May 31 mentioned, but even though they come from legit websites they don't seem to mean anything.

I'd hate to pull out, because that would probably precede an immediate charge, but I mean really - where is NAVR's PR?

Regards
Tum
