Peter, here's an article from Electronic Engineering Times that pretty well sums up the Ross situation. I think it's only positive to see Ross resign and it was an incredible bungle that ever let him be CEO anyway.

I think there are several points worth noting. They mention big volume just coming on with Fujitsu for 200 mhrtz processors, doubts about the companies ability to survive, need for more financing, doubts of getting good people to come into a very unstable company, viper project won't bring anything until 1999 and Sun is taking all the business with their new 64 bit platform.

So what happens if they go bankrupt? Will Fujitsu be on the same footing as we are, or will they be able to take posession of all value and leave us with nothing? Seems like they either have to keep things going or dump. Maybe as major creditor, they will take all and leave shareholders, including themselves with nothing.
