<<Check this out...>> I did Ray -go back and read slower. The testing was finished up in Dec 98. The OVT SYSTEM -ie the one that you and I can subscribe to was set up in March April of 99. Now the have to Market it -that's where MEO has stepped up to the plate. The events do make sense -you are thinking of the hardware software being previously available. Now they are selling the hardware and providing the service via those telecom companies. So we are looking at a new type of user fee type item. Something that your cell phone company can sell to you. (I bet eventually it is incorporated into the phones).This type of thing -is usually big moneymakers (like your cable subscription)!!
