Vitas, That's got to be nuts , internet connections have never been exactly a free local call..each IPS has to have a line in to take your call, and they do not get a discount they pay full rates taxes and all on each line for each modem, & you pay for that in your ISP bill, on top of that it's taxed two ways, and even though the line only takes incoming calls it also pays the 911 sur charge. It's one of the reasons so many IPS's don't have enough modems as it is. ------------------------- On top of that they would shoot themselves in the foot, wireless , & or cable will slam dunk the phone companies if they go that route, & I can't believe the phone companies will let it ride.
