Richard - I have long since departed from the shores of optimism re: the entire csma fiasco. I can't say there was malfeasance but my experience suggests monkey business on some level or another. The reverse split was the final straw. Thankfully, this lesson was modest in it's cost. I'm sure others suffered much more than i. Hopefully not you. Peter
