jim - shhhhh! many people in this society need the illusion that the fed is in control.

i enjoyed reading in investor's business daily this last week about rubin leaving - the article suggested that the reason rubin and greenspan have done such a good job is that they simply followed the prime directive: first - do no harm.

i agree with you - all systems go. techinical indicators reveal a strong market under the covers.
