Hi Z,

Usually a close over the ask means the trade in question was a late print. It may have been a trade that occurred at that price 10 minutes earlier and didn't get printed until the close. I suspect the same thing happened with SNRS on that 10K trade at 13/16 while the ask was 3/4.
I wouldn't really call that a flag on the chart. The last couple weeks looks more like routine trading range type stuff. There's at least a few resistance lines between here and 15 so it may be rough going for it but ACRT does have an occasional habit of making sudden moves.
It's holding up pretty well for a stock that's supposed to have been at 0 for over a year now. I still think it belongs near or above 20. Time will tell.
