Paul: I agree with you that 80% of the worlds data is unstructured flat file. If the market is not over crowded why VRTY ( a market leader )is barely making $8M sales and posting losses on all the quarters except the previous one?. Could you please tell me who else is taking those business?

There are several player with search engine. May be not as good as VRTY but good enough to do their job. I have used VRTY's TOPIC ( their full blown search engine. I call it "Mother of Search Engine") and it is quite good.

Many of our friends uses search engine features on a daily basis. Does anyone cares what is the name of the engine? Absolutely Not. This is what I call " cinderalla job". You do all the goody thing and not getting recognized and not getting paid.

I am really interested to see the revenue breakdown of VRTY to see the pattern as to licencing, maintenance etc., etc., . Those breakdown can tell you a whole lot of story. Does Anybody know what Phillipe is saying on this redherring magazine?

Currently I am eyeing on several stocks. One is Shiva( SHVA). It was 81 and now it is 13-14. It was creamed in the past few months. Just like VRTY. I havent analysed it fully. But its Aug 20 call seem to be pretty attractive. I will update once I make a decision.

Happy investing

Regards

Kumar.
