Auric - not that it matters, but I actually run a company that has 15 employees, 9 professional employees and a very busy real estate transactional deal-oriented practice (you know, commercial real estate development and finance, etc.). With all due respect, I know plenty about how to run a successful business, how to manage cash flow, how to secure capitalization, business development and the like -- as well as managing a full time law practice and supervising 5 other attorneys who help service my clients - none of it academic, I might add. I'm not bragging - just stating the facts, something you have great difficulty with, I can tell. Not that this gives me special powers to analyze ATG's merits, but rather once again exposes you as someone who works fast and loose with the facts. Is your diligence on ATG as weak and presumptive as your analysis of my personal business experience? I'm betting it is.
By the way, while we're at it, what exactly are your qualifications to pontificate on "business"?
