I want to say how briliant this deal was. They gave away only 33% of the company for AOL, all NBC sites, and Softbank and their partners. They haven given little, becuase these deals will bring billions of minutes over the next couple of years. Let's face it, IDTC has its distribution set, all they have to do is concentrate on expanding their telecom network and their ISP. It is a done deal...we have won the VoIP market before it has even started. Dialogic has Microsoft and we literally have everyone else. Meanwhile there is no left for others to pick up. Can't wait for hype from the Netscape browser next month, AOL chatters using Pc2Pc (that will be the killer application), all of the other net deals, IPO hype and all other ISP and telecom related deals. They have built such incredible relationships that big deals with their ISP should be simple to make. Don't care where we go tomorrow or the next day because in the long run we are going up BIG from $28. It is like sitting on Aware at 8 when their tech was just chosen as the world standard.
