For me the agony will be: When to sell ? Because I don't know how to sell. I learned from Benjamin Graham, way, way back but am not as clever, analytical as WEB (Warren E. Buffet for lurkers who don't know that code) nor as hard working. WEB's favorite holding period is "Forever" but I started this to build a Cabin, just as a little retiremnet fun.
