Michael,
One other point is that Delbert has expressed his intention to have one major new product release each quarter. This is critical, as Borland has no signficant borrowing ability, and a product release each quarter will serve to keep cash flow where it needs to be.
One of Borland's past problems has been the irregularity of product releases; I believe Delbert's recognition of this point is a good thing.
