basically dingaan holdings would have unloaded their shares when the price was 4.00 although on the flip side they have a powerful voice on what is going on in the company right now........i'm sure they are looking forward to recieving dividends of shares in go-profit..........any rumors on who the underwriters are and when the web site and company will be operational.i'm thinking mid june since company must be running before ipo launch....any thoughts
