Stuart, If I was making the buy/wait decision based solely on P&F, I would not wait for entry. This has to do with the strength of the move and the strength of the sector. It does look like a good bottom fish. However, I would still wait for the market to digest the news for about 1 hour after the market opens. All caveats about my judgement and style should be taken into account. Just out of curiousity, why do you like this stock? I don't see anything particularly enticing about the chart. However, I do think that we will be seeing an increased focus on security and management in the near term. JXM
