Historical prices for last 4 months show Dell to be at its weekly low on the Friday options expiration date.

Perhaps that just happens, or possibly it is controlled.
If not for yesterday, Dell should be at 43 on Friday.
So now its wide open, could be at 40, or between 40 and 43.
Would have to guess.
More important, its very likely that Dell will go up next week.
Other countries may be more appreciative of Dell's 40%growth
