JB2: I agree with you that a lot of "experienced" internet users gravitate to cheaper access but AOL is # 1 due to community. Beginners go to where their friends are. With over 18 million subscribers, AOL dwarfs any other ISP. I don't think the majority of people currently going online or longtime users would be considered "internet savvy users". I saw the figures within the last couple of days on how many people pay for AOL through the bring your own access program ($9.95/month). It was surprisingly large. If I can find those figures I will pm them to you.
