Tim, Tim, Tim! I don't remember seeing this side of you. One-armed waiter speaking in tongues? I'm sure that guy works in all the restaurants I eat in! I have never understood the NMF deal; I was out of town when it was announced and missed the discussion. I think the idea was to give NMF some of the proceeds of every card with the anticipation that NMF would use the Music Card as a fund-raising vehicle. Surely, however, if NMF never helps out TSIG, I don't imagine TSIG will continue to help out NMF. We have seen progress on the customer service issue: CD's arriving on time, no CCI on the packing slip, e-mail responses to problems. There was discussion on RB recently about the home page cover albums changing more frequently and some mistake that had been pointed out weeks ago had been corrected. I think Hwang is short-handed (a phrase I am hesitant to use in the context of one-armed waiters). As revenues come in, TSIG won't be so meanly staffed. Do I take this to mean that you agree with me that acquisitions at this time are out of the question? Have to go look up "scatologic." Regards, Suzanne
