Why not open the Bucke Kimberlitic Pipe (N.E. Ontario) to the public as the Canadian equivalent of Arkansas' "Diamond Park"? NVE could rent campgrounds and shovels to diggers, run the concession stand, and write off the expenses on their taxes as "geophysical exploration". The following passage is taken from their press release of May 12, 1996 when they acquired Bucke:
"The Bucke Pipe is located in a mature mining camp well known for it's mining history. The area offers a sophisticated mining/exploration activity support infrastructure. The property itself consists of terrain primarily made up of rolling farmland and is located within a few miles of nearby towns. This is somewhat in contrast to the harsh logistics facing diamond mining/exploration in other noted areas of North America. The region provides for year round exploration."
