As you look at this, keep in mind that many of these may have had excellent RUN UPS and since pulled back. As Example, look at a Chart on (VXTK)rec. at $1.34 and hit $6.50 in 30 days or (MDIX)rec. at $.25 and hit $.80, sustained at $.50 to $.60 level.
The shares in this portfolio are only to show what an investor might have bought. I based the amount of shares according to price per share.

Then watch and see if perhaps (FONR) moves UP in the next 30 to 60 days from this post.
