Hugh, typically, a company will first select an underwriter and only then file a red herring with the SEC, not the other way around. In the process of getting an underwriter they will have a number of meeting with Investment Bankers, but most likely will select the investment banker with whom they have been dealing most recently (like the underwriter of their recent debt issue).

I think that the market has by now factored in the possible IPO, just as it seems they have with IDTC more recently. Everyone knows of AXC intentions in this regards (it was even in their most recent Annual Report if memory serves).

All that said, the technical strength may continue due, hopefully, to good execution in their new divisions.
