I am full of it? Really? Then why don't you address the problem of how the massive short position will borrow certs. They can't get them from anywhere in the numbers they need, and even this offering (if it happens) won't help as the certs will have a 144 legend and won't be available under any condition for loan.

Short selling is always a short term game as every short seller must become a buyer. In this case the it can't last long because the underpinnings of the company are sound. The iSleuth.com site alone is worth more than the current market cap and that can't be disputed - not by any comment about the new management, or the terms under which the company will raise as much as $20 million. And anything the "TheBigHub" adds to the picture is a bonus.
