LOL.... gimme a break... after 3 years of paralysis of not controlling costs to revenue.... what gall to say this, at this time, as if DOCs could or would, if not for HUM.

I think you're right on HUM. Is on my radar screen now. Crystal ball says that Fred won't stand this bloated expenses nonsense and will start cutting costs soon, and that Rube himself will be out within a year.
