JPS: Afterhours is thin, manipulative, there is really no sense to it and it should not be used to indicate trends. Some of the 'way off' trades that you are seeing we most likely done during the day and were not 'booked' till after the close. I'm not in favour of extending trading hours. At 4 PM I know where I stand - then I can get on with the rest of the day. David
