Looks like I maybe the only one left. Is anybody still following DBSS??? They filed an extension to the 10-Q. The filed Form says 10-Q, but I would have thought they would be filing a Form 10-QSB. Could be the filing requirements are kicked up to the higher form as a result of the securities registrations, which would normally require the increased disclosures. Anyway, the form says that they will meet the extension period and file within 5 days, as I recall. My guess is that the latest chapter will filed by Thursday and available on EDGAR on Friday or so. I wish they could hire a CFO and give Fred a break from being all things to all people. It's got to be hard on him. A CFO who is sitting on the sidelines, waiting to play, Dennis
