Pal, Starting PSI is entirely different from starting a brokerage firm. A brokerage firm has lots of government regulations etc. etc. Ask anyone involved in a brokerage firm, and you'll find out how different it is from an isp business. GEM will need veteran brokerage firm executives to their organization to make this endeavour successful, plus lots more capital infusion i.e. share dilution.
